Jeffrey Ray is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Currently serving as General Counsel for Morgantown Utility Board since May 2019, Jeffrey previously held the position of Special Counsel at Bowles Rice LLP from November 2015 to April 2019. Prior to that, Jeffrey was General Counsel for Citynet for a decade, from April 2005 to November 2015. Additional experience includes membership at Eckert Seamans from April 2003 to April 2005 and practicing as a lawyer at The Fusco Legal Group between May 1993 and April 2003. Jeffrey Ray earned a J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University.
