Kate O'Hara, CSP, CHST, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Safety at Morgan-Keller Construction, a position held since May 2020. With extensive experience in safety management, previous roles include Safety Director at both Kirlin and Mallick Mechanical Contractors, Inc., as well as Corporate Safety Director at RW Warner. O'Hara has also held various safety positions at Mctech Corporation, Grunley Construction Company, Inc., Kiewit, Parsons, Utiliquest, and Marathon Oil Company, where responsibilities ranged from developing and overseeing safety programs to conducting incident investigations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. O'Hara holds a Master's degree in Safety Management and another Master's degree in Agriculture from West Virginia University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences.
