Oliver Bauer currently serves as Vice President and Global Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence at Morgan Stanley since August 2021. Prior to this role, Oliver held the position of Technical Director for Threat Intelligence at the United States Department of Defense, where significant contributions were made towards establishing a global intelligence organization focused on countering sophisticated cyber threats. Oliver's experience includes serving as a Senior Cyber Threat Analyst in the United States Air Force and holding various roles in cyber security analysis and network administration at TENAX Technologies, Tessco Technologies, and Fawn Industries. Oliver's academic achievements include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a postgraduate degree in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from the Naval Postgraduate School, and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Sociology/Criminology from Towson University.
