Nathalie Mercier serves as Vice President of Global Intelligence, Tax & Mobility at Morgan Stanley since January 2022, focusing on simplifying global equity compensation management. Prior to this role, Nathalie worked at KPMG from July 2014 to January 2022 as Senior Manager in the Global Mobility Services Tax Group, overseeing expatriate tax programs and cultivating relationships with HR and payroll contacts for large companies, primarily in Canada and the U.S. Nathalie's career also includes a tenure at PwC from January 2006 to July 2014, where responsibilities encompassed managing expatriate tax programs and audit engagements. Nathalie holds the designation of Enrolled Agent and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in both Alberta and Ontario, complemented by a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Brock University.
