Steve Sear MCIOB is an experienced construction professional with a robust career spanning over 15 years in various management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure since August 2016, Steve has previously held positions including Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes five years at Kier Group as a Senior Site Manager and Site Manager, as well as tenure at Carillion and JOHN MOWLEM CONSTRUCTION PLC, where Steve began as a Trainee Site Manager. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Management from the University of Kent and attended Bexhill College.
