Art Pepper has extensive experience in leadership and supervisory roles within various organizations. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Morgan Services since July 2022 and as an Area Supervisor at ResCare Community Living since January 2021, Art also previously held positions at Community Health Network as a Program Supervisor and Youth Development Specialist from October 2012 to January 2021, as well as a Life Coach at Lutheran Child & Family Services of IN and Northern KY during the same timeframe. Additional experience includes roles as Shift Manager at Marion County Juvenile Court and Captain at Marion County Jail II from September 1997 to January 2008. Art's educational background includes a degree in Criminology from Indiana State University, complemented by military education from the United States Army.
