Laura Klemm is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and specialty vehicle sectors. Currently serving as Vehicle Engineering Manager at Morgan Olson since October 2024, Laura previously held the position of Director of Engineering at The Shyft Group from June 2019 to August 2024, where the focus was on specialty vehicles, including motorhome chassis and fleet vehicles. With a solid foundation in product engineering, Laura was Chief Engineer at Linamar Corporation from October 2017 to June 2019, specializing in eAxle product engineering. Prior roles include Driveline System Supervisor at Ford Motor Company and Engineering Manager at Meritor, as well as a decade-long tenure as Engineering Manager at Ford Motor Company. Laura holds both a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, completed between 1985 and 1990.
