Charles (C.J.) Houston has extensive experience in management and operations within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Morgan Olson since September 2022, Charles has previously held key positions at Unipres Alabama, Inc. from April 2014 to July 2022, including Senior General Manager and Deputy General Manager, overseeing manufacturing, engineering, and risk management. Prior to that, Charles was Plant Manager at Yachiyo Manufacturing of Alabama, focusing on automotive body parts and automation equipment improvements, and held various roles at Walter Energy related to power and steam plant operations. Charles began a career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Operator and Technician, earning recognition for exceptional performance. Charles holds training from the United States Naval Nuclear Power Program.
