James Colwell has a diverse work experience primarily in the logistics and production field. James began their career at Morgan Foods, Inc. in 2003 and served as a Logistics Supervisor until 2007. James then returned to the company in 2011 and held various roles, including Logistics Manager, Process Improvement Engineer, Manager of Logistics & Production, Director of Production, and currently serves as the Director of Operations.

James Colwell completed their high school education at Scottsburg High School from 1994 to 1998. James received a diploma during this period. James then pursued higher education at Gardner-Webb University, where they studied computer science. James graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in that field.
