Tom Crompton has a diverse work experience. Tom started their career as an Intelligence Analyst intern at the Office of Naval Intelligence in 2012. In 2013, they worked at Verisys Corporation as a Sanctions Investigator, where they conducted background checks on licensed professionals and communicated with licensing boards. From 2014 to 2014, Tom worked as a Member Services Associate at doTERRA Essential Oil. In 2015, they joined Morgan Borszcz Consulting as a Foreign Military Sales Senior Analyst, a role they held until 2017. Since 2017, Tom has been working as an Engineer in the Army National Guard. Tom is currently employed as an Operations Associate at Morgan Business Consulting, starting from 2020.

Tom Crompton has a Master's degree in Defense & Strategic Studies from Missouri State University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Brigham Young University between 2007 and 2013. Additionally, Tom earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Defense & Strategic Studies from Missouri State University starting in 2016.
