Joey Barbosa has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Joey most recently worked at Morgan Auto Group as both a Finance Director and Finance Manager. Prior to this, they were a Desk Sales Manager at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, where they managed the new car department and trained consultants on dealership processes and sales techniques. Joey also had experience as a Sales Manager and Finance Manager at Brandon Hyundai, as well as an Internet Sales Manager at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Before transitioning into the automotive industry, they served in the US Army as an Operations Manager and Early Warning Operator. Additionally, Joey worked as a Sales Representative at JL Prosthetics Inc., where they were responsible for selling prosthetics and maintaining customer relationships.

Joey Barbosa attended Notre Dame Academy from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Joey then went on to study at the Universidad de Puerto Rico from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on International Business/Trade/Commerce. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as "FILES+ ADVANCE BUSINESS MANAGER" from JM&A Group in 2018 and "Master Driver" from the US Army.
