Delana Romero possesses over twenty years of experience in progressively responsible leadership positions within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Moreland School District Ofc since January 2018, Delana has previously held roles including Executive Director at SCCFMC and Fair Manager at Santa Clara County Fairgrounds. A strong background in strategic planning is complemented by expertise in team building and program development, demonstrated through successful initiatives such as the relaunch and rebranding of the County Fair and the implementation of youth programs at Holy Family Parish San Jose.
