Nicole started their career as a fraud specialist at JPMorgan Chase. Nicole then became an independent sales agent and later an independent real estate broker. In 2015, they joined MORE Realty as a Broker - Business Development. During their time at MORE Realty, they have been responsible for communication, workflow management, and budgeting goals.

In their current role as Business Development Manager, Nicole is responsible for leading the development and execution of MORE Realty’s business development strategy.
