Jill Caruso has had a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design. Jill started their career as a Graphic Designer at Allen Roche Group in 2004, where they worked under the direction of the Design Manager and was responsible for all stages of design. Jill also compiled presentation materials and maintained the graphics library and archive. From 2007 to 2009, Jill served as the Design Department Manager at Allen Roche Group, efficiently managing and coordinating all design production. Jill also gave art direction, motivated the design team, and coordinated vendors.
Afterwards, Jill worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Atrium Staffing from 2009 to 2010. Jill then joined MORE Advertising in 2010, starting as a Graphic Designer. In this role, they were the graphic lead on several projects and brand campaigns, working under the Creative Director. Their responsibilities included concept development and implementation, designing for various mediums, brainstorming for new campaigns, and overseeing print production. Jill also worked with external vendors for web development and motion graphics.
During their time at MORE Advertising, Jill held the positions of Senior Designer and Art Director. As Senior Designer, they were the graphic lead on several projects and brand campaigns and enjoyed learning new skills and working on a variety of projects. As Art Director, they served as the client-facing creative lead, managing a team of designers and being involved in advertising and promotional campaign design.
Jill continues to work at MORE Advertising, currently holding the position of Design Director since 2023. In this role, they are responsible for managing designers, serving as the client-facing creative lead, and working on projects and brand campaigns for various clients, including the recent #StateWithoutStigMA campaign for Governor Baker, which addresses the opioid epidemic in Massachusetts.
