Katherine Ragsdale has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and organizations. Katherine currently holds the position of Interim Vice President of the University and Dean of the Seminaries at Moravian University. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at RNL Associates, LLC starting in 2016. Katherine has held leadership roles such as President and CEO at the National Abortion Federation, Vice President and Dean at the Episcopal Divinity School, and Executive Director at Political Research Associates. Throughout their career, they have served on various boards and committees, including the Board of Directors for the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice and The White House Project. Katherine'swork experience also includes serving as a Vicar at St. David's Episcopal Church and being a member of the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations. Ragsdale's career has focused on issues related to reproductive freedom, education, and advocacy.
Katherine Ragsdale received an AB degree in English and Religion from William & Mary in 1980. Katherine then pursued a Master of Divinity degree from Virginia Theological Seminary from 1984 to 1987. Later, in 1996, they completed a D. Min. degree with a focus on Feminist Liberation Theologies/Ethics from Episcopal Divinity School.
