Shayini Ahinsa Hettiarachchi is a Fashion Buyer at ODEL PLC since August 2023 and concurrently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Moraspirit Initiative since May 2023. Previously, Shayini held the position of Trainee English Teacher at ESOL College International from November 2019 to April 2020. Education includes pursuing a degree in Fashion Design and Product Development at the University of Moratuwa from August 2021 to August 2025 and several qualifications in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), including a Certificate in Human Resource Management (CQHRM) set to be completed between January and October 2024, a Certificate in HR Management (CIHRM) completed in August 2023, and a Diploma in Professional HRM completed in 2021. Additionally, Shayini has education from C.W.W.Kannangara Central College and the Japanese Language Education Association.
