Ajinkya Mahadik is an HR & IR trainee at Morarjee Textiles Ltd since January 2019, with prior experience as an HR/IR intern at SPACEWOOD Furnishers Pvt Ltd in mid-2019, focusing on statutory legislative requirements related to labor. Ajinkya holds a Master's in Labour Studies, HR & IR from the Regional Labour Institute (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts and Law from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (2014-2017). Additionally, Ajinkya is pursuing the CS Executive program through The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, covering various aspects of company and tax laws, industrial laws, and securities law.
