Lizette Kuld has a varied work experience. Lizette is currently the Head of People at Moralis Web3, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager and HR & Accounting at Ivan on Tech Blockchain Academy from 2020. From 2012 to 2015, they were the HR Generalist and Financial Controller specializing in accounts receivables at Tallink Silja AB, as well as a Sales Executive. From 2015 to 2014, they were a Sales Executive at The Body Shop. Lizette was also the Co-Founder and Manager of Domina Elegans Scandinavia OÜ from 2014 to 2015, where they were in charge of the development of the Swedish E-commerce platform and a custom made marketing strategy.

Lizette Kuld has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Stockholm University which they obtained between 2014 and 2018. Lizette also took courses in International Relations at Stockholm University and Universite Toulouse - Jean Jaures in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Blockchain & Bitcoin 101 from Ivan on Tech Blockchain Academy in November 2020, Leading with Coaching from Intelligentne Grupp OÜ in April 2019, Certified in DiSC Personality tests from PulsAnalys DiSC in January 2019, Blockchain & Bitcoin for beginners from Ivan on Tech Academy in 2018, and Talent Management from Framfot Företagsutbildning.
