Pamela Palmer is an accomplished finance and software analyst with extensive experience in financial management and project implementation. Currently serving as a Finance Officer at MOPS International since March 2013, Pamela manages finances for three local chapters, establishes accounting systems, and oversees budgeting and cash flow. Previously, as a Senior Software Analyst at CivicPlus, Pamela led teams to ensure consistent performance, managed project implementation, and tracked key project metrics. Additionally, experience as a Business Analyst II at TSYS involved coordinating projects and enhancing software, while work as an ESS Loss Specialist at Wachovia focused on customer service and fraud investigation. Pamela holds a BA in Economics from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
