Javier Núñez Salas has a diverse work experience. In 2009, they co-founded Ticofonia de Costa Rica S.A. and served as the president. In 2013, they became the president of Odos Market S.A. In 2016, they founded Moovin App and assumed the roles of both founder and CEO. Additionally, in the same year, they became a co-owner of Ticofonia de México. Furthermore, they worked in the position of Nuevos Negocios at GREEN POWER TECH in Costa Rica from 2009 to 2011.

Javier Núñez Salas earned an MBA Executive degree in Telecommunications from Instituto Internacional San Telmo, where they attended from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Universidad de Cadiz, from 1986 to 1992.
