Mary Laure Maxence is an experienced ergonomist with a background in psychology, specializing in workplace ergonomics and risk prevention. Currently serving as an Ergonome Conseil at MOOVENCY since March 2023, Mary Laure has previously worked at TEA | Tech Ergo Appliquées, providing support for businesses in risk assessment and solution implementation, along with teaching ergonomic practices at the University of Lorraine. Prior experience includes a role at Plastic Omnium focused on ergonomic interventions and training, as well as a stint at a hospital to establish a unique risk assessment document. With credentials including a Master’s in Human Factors and Work Systems from Université de Picardie Jules Verne, Mary Laure possesses strong skills in activity analysis, project management, and professional risk prevention.
