Cantidio Sampaio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a partner at Moot Consulting since June 2011, Cantidio is focusing on a career transition while providing specialized human resources services in information technology. Prior to this role, Cantidio held the position of Superintendent of IT at Grupo Santander Brasil from September 2003 to October 2010, where responsibilities included managing planning, policies, and budgeting for technology, achieving significant operational cost reductions. Previously, from 1995 to 2003, Cantidio was the Technical Superintendent at Banco Itaú, overseeing a team focused on enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs across various service channels. Cantidio’s academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Business School Sao Paulo, a Master's degree from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá.
