Pete is a change professional with a background in complex transformation programmes for the Finance departments of FTSE 100 clients in the Pharma and Financial Services industries.
Directly supporting senior management teams in both an advisory and implementation capacity, Pete has full project lifecycle experience underpinned by Agile and Prince2 Practitioner certifications. His roles have revolved around enabling effective decision making from programme leadership teams, predominantly through financial analysis and management as well as MI creation and reporting.
Pete has been involved in three business cases, most recently leading the cost-benefit analysis for a large-scale redundancy programme. Having rowed at university, Pete now attempts to keep fit through gym-going and racquet sports. His efforts are often squandered due to his love of food but he perseveres nonetheless.
