Kris Van den Broeck is a seasoned lawyer specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Director at Moore Law Belgium since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kris accumulated extensive experience at GD&A Advocaten/Lawyers from January 2010 to March 2023, and as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2009, focusing on tax and legal services for transactions.
