James Tng is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in tax and advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Director at Moore Australia since July 2015, James oversees a team of 95 advisors in providing comprehensive solutions for business and government, including various tax services, business advice, and auditing. Prior to Moore Australia, James held the position of Director, Tax and Advisory at UHY Haines Norton from April 2002 to June 2015, contributing to a similarly wide range of services with a team of 55 advisors. James commenced a career at Grant Thornton Australia as a Senior Accountant from August 1998 to April 2002, specializing in tax services for small to medium businesses. Academically, James has attained degrees in accountancy and business law, as well as qualifications from the Taxation Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
