Kyle Del Bonis has over 10 years of professional experience in the business and technology sectors. Kyle began their career in 2005 as an IT Project Leader at General Electric, where they worked for four 6-month rotations in the company's World-Class IT Leadership Training Program. During this time, they conducted Six Sigma Analysis, reduced data footprints, and improved average database call speed. In 2008, they moved on to EF Education First as a Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager, where they created and managed sales SQL reports and managed QA testing for the launch of a new website. In 2009, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst at JCSI and as a Project Manager and Social Media Manager at NBC Universal. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Digital Media Consultant, Senior Producer at ZEHER, Co-Founder and Product Manager at Bonobo Lab, and Project Manager and Sales and Marketing Director at Distributed Meditation Technologies. During this time, they also worked as a Business Consultant at Entrecloud and a Senior Producer, Business Analyst, and Business Developer at Moonstone Interactive.

Kyle Del Bonis obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In 2020, Kyle completed Asana Ambassador Training with Asana and in 2006, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GE.
