Michael Narea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of learning design, community building, and innovation. As the Co-Founder and GP of Transcend Network since November 2018, Michael has been instrumental in cultivating a global community of founders focused on transforming the future of learning and work. Additionally, Michael serves as an Advisor for LxD Lab and as the Founder & Experience Designer of Nareatech, which specializes in creating engaging learning experiences for virtual events and courses. As a Founding Partner at Moonshot Partners, Michael empowers individuals to realize their innovative ideas through diverse talent and collaborative approaches. Michael's previous roles include Co-Founder and COO at Sunlight Technologies, Co-Founder & Head of Operations at Flight CX, and project management at Planet Avvio, among others. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and has completed the altMBA program, focusing on marketing and leadership development.
