Jessica León is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and people operations. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and People & Operations Manager at Moonshot Partners since November 2021, Jessica has also held significant positions such as HR Manager at Expovak Guanacaste since October 2016, and HR Business Partner at Golden Valley School from September 2017 to September 2021. Previous roles include HR Manager at ICO Group, where responsibilities included maintaining a regional employee roster across multiple countries, and HR Coordinator at the same organization, focusing on recruitment and training.
