Selma Dzafic currently serves as the Head of Recruiting at Moonlevel Recruiting since January 2024, and has held the position of HR Business Partner at Moonshiner GmbH since September 2021. Previously, Selma was the Tutor Recruiting Manager for the DACH region at GoStudent GmbH and has extensive experience in event management as the Head of Events at weXelerate. Notable roles at Microsoft include Business Operations Manager and Business Management Intern. Earlier in the career, Selma worked as an Assistant at TU Career Center and Strametz & Partner, and as a Recruiting Partner at ePunkt. Selma holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration from the University of Vienna, complemented by a training course in Digital Marketing focusing on Social Media and E-Commerce.
