Niharika Pandey is an experienced design professional with a focus on user experience and interaction design. Currently serving as Lead, Experience Designer at Moonraft Innovation Labs since February 2019, Niharika has previously held positions as Senior User Experience Designer and Interaction Designer at The Design Thing from February 2017 to 2019. With expertise in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications across various sectors including commercial real estate, fintech, and healthcare, Niharika has collaborated closely with project managers, designers, and front-end developers. Prior roles include Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Packaging, where Niharika contributed to packaging design for handicraft products, and an Industrial Design Intern at Skanray Technologies, gaining insights into medical product design. Niharika holds a Master of Design in Industrial and Product Design from UPES and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Takshshila Institute of Engineering and Technology.
