Dave Cadogan serves as the CEO and President of Moonprint Solutions since December 2020, focusing on developing innovative textile and membrane products for both government and commercial sectors. Prior to this role, Cadogan worked at Air Liquide as the Director of Innovation, Technology & Product Development, where the emphasis was on advancing next-generation technologies across diverse markets such as aerospace and clean energy. Cadogan's extensive career at ILC Dover spanned over three decades, culminating in the position of Director of Engineering & Product Development, where responsibilities included driving new product growth and collaborating with leadership to create successful product strategies. Earlier experience includes various engineering roles and a technical position as a Pharmacy Technician at Children's Hospital of Michigan, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Western Michigan University.
