Jillian Halbe has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jillian currently works as a Substitute at Kelly Services, starting in 2022. Prior to that, Jillian was a Creative Director at Moonlit Media from 2018 onwards. In 2017, they worked as a Graphic Designer at New Hanover United Methodist Church.

Jillian's earlier experience includes roles at Princeton University, where they were a Program Coordinator for the Program in Latin American Studies & Program in Latino Studies from 2006 to 2014. During this time, they oversaw financial and administrative operations, coordinated academic activities, assisted with the selection of Visiting Fellows, and served as a resource for students and faculty. Before that, they were a Programming and Communications Assistant for the same programs, providing administrative support, managing grant applications, coordinating events, and designing promotional materials.

Additionally, Jillian worked as an Editorial Assistant at Golkow Technologies in 2005 and held the position of Manager for Cafe Alternatif & Le Petit Cafe at the University of Ottawa from 2002 to 2005.
