Aileen Desonglo is currently the Director of Technical Operations DP at MoonLake Immunotherapeutics AG. Prior to this role, she held various positions at Novartis, Altus Pharmaceuticals, MILLENNIUM PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., Alkermes, and Genentech, where she focused on quality assurance and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. Aileen has extensive experience in managing quality teams, overseeing contract manufacturing sites, supporting audits and health authority inspections, and ensuring compliance with global regulations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of the Pacific and California State University, Hayward.
