Director of Partnerships 

As the Director of Partnerships at Moonfare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partnership strategy. Your primary mission will be to drive business growth and elevate Moonfare’s market presence by identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders. You will work closely with influential partners, including Private Equity (PE) firms, Law firms, and other relevant players, to create mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our long-term objectives. Through your leadership, you will strengthen Moonfare's position in the market, enhance our value proposition, and identify new opportunities for expansion.

You will:

  • Identify and engage with Private Equity Fund Managers (General Partners) to whom Moonfare offers solutions, including wealth distribution, feeder structuring, and outsourcing services for Friends and Family fundraising campaigns
  • Manage, develop and expand our new corporate program, targeting global-leading PE Law firms and their senior management with a dedicated Moonfare solution to streamline and enhance the management of employees’ personal investments in private markets
  • Lead negotiations and finalise partnership agreements that create mutual value while advancing Moonfare's strategic objectives
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing legacy partners, including regional banks and B2B2C partners
  • Define and track metrics and KPIs to evaluate partnership effectiveness, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to senior management
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Investment, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Account Management, and Legal—to ensure the seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives
  • Represent Moonfare at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and identify potential partnership opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to continuously refine and optimise partnership strategies

The next Moonfarian:

  • At least 8 years' of experience in Partnership Development, Business Development, or similar roles within the Private Equity or Financial Services industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement strategic partnership plans that drive business growth
  • Exceptional skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A deep understanding of the Private Equity ecosystem
  • A hands-on approach and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a team
