Laura Brivio is currently the Head of Business Legal Affairs at Mooney, where she provides legal advice and assistance in the banking and financial sector, specifically focusing on digital payment services and electronic money issuance. She formulates opinions on the legal feasibility of new products and services related to the digital and retail channel, prepares necessary contractual documentation, partnerships, and products, and monitors industry regulations to inform relevant structures. Prior to her current role, she held various legal positions at Sisal S.p.A. and worked as a Legal Trainee at a law firm after obtaining her Law degree from the Università degli Studi di Milano.
