Syed Khalid is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Service Desk Specialist at Moonee Valley City Council since May 2022, having previously worked in various IT roles within the same organization from June 2018 to November 2021, including Information Technology Help Desk and Network Administrator positions. Syed has hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and networking, as well as service desk operations. Earlier roles include IT Helpdesk Officer and IT Internee, where a strong foundation in IT service desk tasks was developed. Prior to Moonee Valley City Council, Syed gained experience as an IT Services Trainee at SNL Financial and as an Internee at MTBC, focusing on C# development. Academically, Syed holds a Master’s degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Computer Science with a focus on Web Development from Bahria University.
