Coco Siebert's work experience includes being the Chief Experience Officer at Moonclave since 2022 and the Director of Content and Strategy at Moonclave from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Coco was the Head of Community at Growth - Cannabis Conference starting in 2019. Coco also worked as a Project Manager at SMAKK Studios from 2017 to 2019, and as an Assistant to Producer - Big Bang Theory at Warner Bros. Entertainment from 2014 to 2017.

Coco Siebert attended Yale University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
