Ajà M. currently serves as an Editorial Assistant at both Hachette Book Group and Moon Travel Guides, positions held since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Editor and Research Intern at Stranger's Guide, as well as National Communications & Marketing Intern at BUILD, where Ajà led national digital marketing campaigns and created digital content. Previous positions also include Impact Fellow at Second Day and Editor-In-Chief at BlackPrint ATX, overseeing editorial processes and team coordination. Ajà contributed to the Writers League of Texas in various capacities, including Summer Intern and Fall Intern, providing support for classes and events. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by a Creative Writing Certificate and a minor in Communication & Social Change.
