Khairil A. has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Khairil currently works at Moon Creative Lab as a Program Manager for Mitsui's Asia Pacific Region and Moon Creative Lab's Asia Pacific Region. In this role, Khairil is responsible for unlocking the creativity of Mitsui & Co. Khairil joined Moon Creative Lab in 2021.

Prior to that, Khairil worked at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. starting in 2017. Khairil held the position of Manager in Indonesia, which is equivalent to AGM/SM at Mitsui in other countries. In this role, they were involved in corporate strategic planning and business development. Khairil served as an ISO Coordinator and ISO Document Control Team Leader for ISO 9001:2015. From 2012 to 2017, Khairil worked at PT Adaro Persada Mandiri. Earlier in their career, Khairil worked at PT.Itochu Indonesia. Khairil held several positions, including Manager in the Corporate Planning/President Director Office, Deputy Manager in the Aerospace & Telecommunication Dept & Business Development Dept, and Expert in the Automobile Dept, Aerospace & Telecommunication Dept.

Overall, Khairil A. has extensive experience in program management, corporate strategic planning, business development, agribusiness, representative office management, defense promotion, and marketing.

Khairil A. completed their education with a Master of Information Science and Technology degree in Electrical Information Engineering from The University of Tokyo, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology, between 1998 and 2003. Khairil also attended the International Students Institute (Kokusai Gakuyukai Nihongo Gakkou) from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Japanese Language for Natural Sciences. Khairil A. completed their high school education at SMA Taruna Nusantara from 1993 to 1996, focusing on the field of study Physics (A1).

In terms of certifications, Khairil A. obtained the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level 1 certification, the highest level among four levels, in February 1998.
