Mark Beekman is a seasoned product developer currently employed at Moooi since November 2021. Previously, Mark held the position of industrial product engineer at Fabrique Invent BV from March 2018 to October 2021. Mark also completed an internship focused on industrial product design at Horrex BV in mid-2017. In 2016, Mark's team won the Climate Hackathon Challenge, awarded for the highest potential concept/app. Mark gained additional experience as an intern in industrial product design at Kommerkors B.V. and worked as a chocolatier and process operator at Bonbon Atelier Schepers prior to that. Mark began a career in retail with roles at Albert Heijn and Bas van der Heijden. Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Product Design from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and also pursued architectural studies at the same institution. Education was completed with a HAVO diploma in Nature and Technology from RSG Hoekschewaard.
