Everton Cruz has held various positions in the technology industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Supervisor of TI Master at Peculis - TI, and the Founding Partner and Creative Director at GIT - Technology Innovation Group from 2013 to 2015. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Software Engineer at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras and the Associate Software Engineer at Avanade. In 2013, they were the Founding Partner at FindFila, and the Founding Partner at Salão Fácil from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, from 2009 to 2015, they were the President of the Associação dos Empreendimentos Aeronauticos da Reg. Nordeste and the CEO of Mooh! and Chronus Platform, both of which are related to technological innovation with an emphasis on solutions to reduce social inequalities.

Everton Cruz began their educational journey in 2001 at the University of Montpellier, where they obtained a Pilote de transport aérien ab-initio Cours ATPL in the field of Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. In 2002, they began studying at Toulouse Ynov Campus, where they obtained a degree in Aeronautical Sciences in 2005. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Seattle University and studied Analysis of Computer Systems. Finally, in 2011, they attended Unibratec and obtained an Analyst of Systems degree in Software.
