Satish Kumar has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering and leadership roles. Satish is currently the Strategic HR Business Partner for Global Engineering AG and Asia Pacific HR Director for Moog Inc USA. Satish is also a Whole time Director on the Board of Directors of Moog India Technology Center Pvt Ltd. In addition, they have held positions such as Director & CEO of Dustven Private Ltd, Vice President of Human Resources at Symphony Services and ThomsonReuters, and Vice President of Human Resources at Celstream Technologies. Satish also served as the Head of HR at Kindle Systems (now Misys) and Director of Human Resources at Apple Inc. Satish'sresponsibilities have included managing day-to-day operations, talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits planning, employee engagement programs, and developing HR strategies and policies.

Satish Kumar attended Loyola College in Chennai from 1982 to 1985, where they earned a B.Com degree in Commerce & Accountancy. Satish also completed their post-graduation in Human Resources at Madras School of Social Work.
