Andrés Rodríguez Salas has a diverse work experience in various companies. Andrés is currently the Regional Operations Director at Moog Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director Site Operations at Moog Industrial from October 2017 to August 2021. Before joining Moog Industrial, they held the position of Site Engineering Manager at Moog Inc. from September 2016 to October 2017. In addition, they have gained experience at Medtronic as a Value Stream Manager and Engineering Lead from November 2011 to September 2016, at Boston Scientific as a Plant Process Engineer from October 2009 to November 2011, and at Intel Corporation as an Equipment and Transfer Engineer from July 2006 to October 2009.

Andrés Rodríguez Salas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) from 2002 to 2007.
