Ximena Arias Acevedo has over 25 years of experience in the business sector. Ximena began their career in 1992 as an Analista de Recursos Humanos at Esso Chile Petrolera Ltda. where they developed their ability to fulfill different roles and positions independently of their academic studies. Ximena was also the president of the ESSO club for two years. In 2000, they moved to PESAMATIC as a Product Manager - Divisi贸n Petr贸leo, where they created and launched a new area dedicated to the petroleum sector and positioned the company as a new provider in the industry. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Subgerente de Ventas at Atentus, where they were the Latin American leader in web quality monitoring and control from the customer's perspective. Ximena was also responsible for increasing the company's sales by 40% annually, mainly through the incorporation of new customers and deepening the mix. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Gerente Comercial at Netprovider, and from 2014 to the present, they have been the Business Development Manager - Latin America at Moofwd, Inc.

Ximena Arias Acevedo completed a Diplomado in Comercio y Negociaci贸n Internacional at the Universidad de Chile in 1995.
