Zig Serafin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and previously as Chief Operating Officer at Qualtrics since October 2016, Zig also holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at Moody's Corporation since July 2021. Prior roles include President at SAP from January 2019 to February 2021 and Corporate Vice President at Microsoft from 1999 to October 2016. Additionally, Zig served as General Manager at Tellme Networks from September 2009 to October 2012.
