Duncan Neilson is an experienced HR professional with significant leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of HR for EMEA at Moody's Corporation since June 2018, Duncan is responsible for executing the HR agenda in the region. Previous positions include Interim Director of HR Talent Acquisition Global Transformation at HSBC, HR Director for Amazon UK and Ireland, and various leadership roles at American Express, where Duncan drove global talent acquisition and transformation initiatives. Early career experience includes HR leadership at Bechtel Corporation and Miller Freeman Publishing. Duncan holds a BA Hons in History from the University of Birmingham and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
