Jodi Newman has extensive experience in the healthcare and medical billing sectors, currently serving as a Therapeutic Assistant at the Transitional Learning Center since February 2017, responsible for client supervision and documentation of activities. Prior roles include Patient Access Specialist at MD Anderson Cancer Center, facilitating patient access to services, and Medical Insurance Specialist/Billing and Claims Administrator at The Red Bird Center, handling medical billing and accounts management. Jodi completed a Medical Coding and Billing program at Remington College with a GPA of 3.65 and has a background as an Insurance Benefits Specialist at ACCESS MEDIQUIP L.L.C, where responsibilities included verifying insurance benefits and training staff.
