Pete is a tax director with more than 15 years of federal tax experience in both the public and private sectors.

He has assisted multinational SEC registrants and privately held clients with federal, state and international income tax compliance, ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes, inventory of deferred studies, SOX 404 tax controls testing, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state income tax audit defense, international reporting, cost segregation studies and various other areas of federal income tax. Pete has advised clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, hospitality, healthcare and professional services.
