Steven Todack has extensive experience in operations and scheduling within the multimedia and technology sectors. Currently serving as Field Operations Manager at Mood Media since July 2011, Steven previously held the position of Scheduling Coordinator at Muzak from September 2005 to July 2011, where responsibilities included scheduling installation and service work orders across the East Coast Region while ensuring successful completion through adept customer service and construction process knowledge. Earlier in their career, from August 1999 to September 2005, Steven worked at IBM in a manufacturing role.
