Rim Posthumus has extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Rim began their career at MCM Video, where they held positions as an Assistant Financial Controller, Assistant Manager Purchase, and Account Manager. Rim then joined ADL Video as the Head of Sales, responsible for sales and marketing activities. Rim later worked at DMX Music as an Advisor before moving to Mood Media. At Mood Media, Rim held various roles, including Key Account Manager, International Visual Sales Team member, Manager Business Development, Premier Accounts Director, and currently, Global Accounts Director. Their responsibilities at Mood Media included managing international accounts, exploring growth opportunities and partnerships, leading the Benelux Sales Team, and contributing as a member of the Commercial Management Team.

Rim Posthumus completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, Rim attended RSG Lingecollege from 1987 to 1993, studying HAVO / VWO.
